“Thanks to a great recommendation from a close friend, we decided to use Poquette Construction for our addition.

They built a nearly 700 sq. foot 2 story addition onto our split level home. This included extending our downstairs family room by knocking out a wall and door, adding an office upstairs, a new master bathroom, and updating our existing master bedroom with a new closet and window. Other projects in included remodeling the homes’ 2 other bathrooms, one full and one half bath. They rebuilt our existing deck and added a small second story deck to connect our upstairs addition to the original deck. They also prepared a shed pad for our new shed and prepared a play area for our new swing set that they also put together for us.

Trevor chooses only the best Subcontractors in the business, from drywall, paint, insulation, HVAC, plumbing and tile, all the subcontractors were professional and did an excellent job.

We even used an outside contractor to install solar panels on our new additions’ roof and Trevor gladly worked with them to be sure everything was in place so they could accomplish their job.

Poquette Construction stayed true to their quote no matter how many little changes we made. If there were additional costs it was only due to our choice to use ‘Green Products’ such as Cork & Marmoleumflooring instead of carpet. We also chose to incorporate Green building materials into our addition, including Low VOC adhesives, highly efficient windows, doors and insulation. Trevor found these products for us. The final result is beyond what we could have imagined.

All of my neighbors, friends and family have seen it and Love it! The addition is so seamless; it doesn’t even feel like an addition. We feel that our home is finally complete and we look forward to spending our life here with our family.”
